Sanskrit, New Age Indian restaurant, opened in Folsom, CA in January 2019, after a year of careful planning, research and development. Our goal was to bring a new kind of dining experience to the Sacramento region. We wanted to showcase the rich cultural heritage that India has and bring in a modern twist to the culinary traditions of north Indian and south Indian cuisine.

Our chefs come from different parts of the country and have worked together to create this unique menu. The seasonal menu (North Indian and South Indian) will introduce fresh ingredients coupled with the very best of California produce.
