Community Donation Program
Choose Folsom supports our community by donating tickets for auction prizes OR by purchasing event tickets for the fundraising efforts of Folsom non-profit and community organizations. Due to the number of inquiries we receive, we are not able to fulfill every request. We also have a limited budget and do our best to spread the support. Please be aware requests may not be funded every year, or specific requests may not be fulfilled. Additional criteria for consideration of a donation include whether the organization is based in Folsom or supports the Folsom community and whether the organization is an active member of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. Please submit requests at least one month prior to your event.
Note that submission of this application does not guarantee requests are approved. Requests that are submitted within thirty days of the event are unable to be fulfilled.
You will be notified via email if your request is approved. Vouchers for tickets will be emailed to your organization. The procedure for redemption will be listed on the voucher. The organization is responsible for notifying the recipient of the redemption procedure. Choose Folsom is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. If a sponsorship request is approved, please submit an invoice for payment to sallyb@choosefolsom.com

Group Travel Incentive
Enjoy Group Travel Incentives When You Choose Folsom!
Book your group’s lodging and earn awesome rewards.
First-timers earn a cash incentive on hotel stays. Consider it our way of saying welcome to Folsom! When you book 25 or more qualifying room nights at Visit Folsom hotel properties, you’ll earn cashback you can apply toward your group’s transportation fees, the master bill of your hotel, or other event expenses.
Folsom Group Travel Incentive Application Guidelines
- The Folsom Group Travel Incentive Program promotion applies to new business, not repeat groups.
- Only completed applications will be considered.
- Only revenue-generating room nights at our eight (8) Visit Folsom hotels qualify for the incentive. Visit Folsom may require the group to use their online booking system affiliate booking link will count towards the final grant incentive.
- The event(s) room nights total must meet a minimum threshold of 25 room nights in order to qualify.
- Applications must be submitted online via the application portal and received at least 45 days prior to the event.
- If the incentive is approved, a room night incentive based on the scale below will be issued within 45 days after the conclusion of the event.
- Incentive will be allocated to qualified groups on a first come first served basis and while funding is available.
- 25 – 100 room nights ………… $10 per room night
- 101- 300 room nights ………… $11 per room
- 301- 400 room nights ………… $12 per room
Transportation Reimbursement Grant
We’re excited to offer a reimbursement on transportation expenses when you reserve transportation and lodging using Visit Folsom’s hotel partners.
Our goal is to make attending and hosting events in Folsom as convenient and streamlined as possible, so you can focus on making the most of your experience. Read on to learn more about how our reimbursement program works and how we can help you streamline your event transportation in Folsom.
How it works
01. Book Your Rooms & Submit Transportation Reimbursement Application
Book a minimum of 20 rooms any night at any Folsom hotel and submit the application. You will be notified within five business days if your application has been approved and if funding is available.
02. Reserve Ride
Reserve transportation for your guests. Pay for your reservation and save your receipt. We recommend Neumann Enterprises for your group transportation needs.
03. Get Paid
After your event:– Email your hotel stay documentation & transportation receipt to info@visitfolsom.com
The program provides funding for transportation from any Folsom, CA hotel properties. The level of funding is based on the number of rooms nights booked as well as funding availability.
Reimbursement levels:
20 room nights = $500 contribution to shuttle cost
30+ room nights = $750 contribution to shuttle cost
Sport Grant Fund
Visit Folsom has developed a grant funding program to support organizations hosting sports events & tournaments in Folsom.
Events considered can apply for grant funding through the Group Travel Incentive.
Sports Grant Application Guidelines
- Only completed applications will be considered.
- In order to apply, you may not have exclusive contracts with any hotel or 3rd party travel provider.
- Only room nights generated at our eight (8) Visit Folsom hotels through the provided Visit Folsom affiliate booking link will count towards the final grant incentive.
- The event(s) room nights total must meet a minimum threshold of 25 room nights in order to qualify.
- Applications must be submitted online via the application portal and received at least 45 days prior to the event.
