Join us for this high-spirited celebration of freedom and unity offers something for everyone, filling the atmosphere of Historic Black Miners Bar at Folsom Lake with the joyful sounds of music and entertainment, merchandise from local and regional vendors, mouth watering cuisines, a Beer Garden hosted by Oak Park Brewery and an array of immersive family friendly activities, tours and watersports for all to enjoy.
Join us on June 28, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM as we commemorate both Juneteenth and the successful decades long community campaign that renamed this site to honor the Black Gold Miners who established one of California’s earliest Black communities at this site in 1849.
All are welcome to be a part of this FREE family friendly celebration where community, history, and the breathtaking beauty of Folsom Lake merge to create a unified tomorrow for future generations.
*Please note: Lawn chairs are welcome. Liquor is not allowed at Black Miners Bar other than through the Beer Garden which is licensed and insured.
