Dragon Boat Races

Kick off summer right and experience the greatest team building event Folsom has to offer with Dragon Boat Races.
Participants will gather along Folsom’s beautiful Lake Natoma to cheer on teams or see if they have what it takes to complete in the first annual Dragon Boat Race festival, benefiting Powerhouse Ministries, whose aim is to inspire and empower people to rise above their circumstances, change their lives, and impact their community. Its ok if you have never rowed before, we have professional coaches to help! Teams of 16 with a drummer will compete for the fastest times. Prizes for teams who raise the most money. • Prizes for team with the fastest time. • DJ and live music • Local food vendors • Kid activities • Dummer costume contest • Practices the week leading up to the race with a professional rower.
