Folsom Grom Race Series

The Folsom Grom Race Series provides groms* in 5th grade and under with the opportunity to learn the ropes of mountain bike racing in a safe, fun environment. The series features six weeknight races in the spring and fall on specially built flow trails at Lakeside Church in Folsom and District Church in El Dorado Hills. Its a fun way for kids to build confidence and make friends!

*Grom (noun): The shortened form of grommet, also describing a young mountain biker who tears it up on the trails.

Here are a few reasons to join us (and invite a friend!):
- Kids race their peers with elementary school grade categories.
- Easy spectating for parents along a <1 mile course. - Fun for all ages and skill levels. Racers do as many laps as they can in 25 minutes! - Weekly podium ceremony & 1st-10th place stickers for the top 10 in each category. Register for just one race at a time, or sign up for the whole series!
