Kick off the holiday weekend celebration with the traditional Folsom Cattle Drive. Come to Folsom and see 55 Longhorn Steer driven down historic Sutter Street at 6:00 p.m.  A Fun Run will be featured again leading off the Cattle drive  from the Folsom Lions City park to historic Sutter Street. Then watch the longhorn steers, joined by cowboys, horse-drawn wagons, and the original Wells Fargo Wagon, characters in period costume, and many equestrian teams travel down Sutter Street.The ONLY viewing for this free event will be along Sutter Street! It no longer begins at the Folsom City Park.  The Cattle drive is an opportunity to witness a reenactment of the city's history. Join us for family-friendly events and live entertainment after the event.
